  1. Complimentary Laptop with the course. In no respect shall VMEdu or MYITstudy incur any liability for the Laptop damages, any defect, or software error.
  2. Free Exam Retake: Ensures that you pass the exam or we pay for your 1st retake. The Exam Retake policy is applicable only to those students who complete the course work modules, classroom assignments and who have 100% attendance. The student should retake the exam within three months from the date of the first attempt and should inform MyITstudy of his/her decision to retake the exam, at least two weeks prior to the planned exam retake date.
  3. Payment towards enrollment: Full payment of the enrollment fee is due at the time of registration. Payment can be done through

  4. Course cancellation policy for classroom training program (if the course is cancelled by MyITstudy):

    We may cancel any particular class because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). There are 4 options available if myitstudy cancels a class:

    • Transfer to MyITstudy Instructor Led Live class: Students will have the option to transfer to Instructor Led Live class. If the students decide to transfer to instructor led live program,we will be shipping the Complimentary laptop in 7 working days. Student can use their own system to attend the program.
    • Transfer to a MyITstudy class in another location but in the same week: Students will have the option to transfer to another confirmed MyITstudy class in the same week but in another location. If they transfer to a class within 300 miles driving distance, they will be refunded $ 300. If they transfer to a class more than 300 miles away, they will be refunded $ 500. This will compensate you for the inconvenience caused and help you for travel, stay, exam rescheduling and other miscellaneous expenses in the new location. MyITstudy will try to inform about class cancellation at least one week in advance so that students can plan to attend the class in another location.
    • Reschedule to a future class in any location: Students can opt to reschedule to a future class in any location. The amount paid for the MyITstudy class will be applied towards the future class.
    • Ask for full refund: Students will have the option to ask us for a full refund of their payment in case of course cancellation done by MyITstudy.com Classroom Training.


  5. Course cancellation policy for classroom training program (if the student cancels his enrolment):

    • Cancellation more than 12 days before the course commencement date: Cancellation fee of USD 700 will be charged. (This is the minimum cancellation fee charged).
    • Cancellation 5 days - 12 days before the course commencement date: Cancellation fee of USD 1500 will be charged.
    • Cancellation within 5 days of the course commencement date: No money will be refunded.

    Please note that we charge cancellation fee to compensate for our fixed expenses including hotel bookings, instructor fees, etc. All refunds will be processed and payments will be made to the students within 30 days of receipt of course cancellation request.

  6. Course rescheduling: A student may opt to reschedule a course after initial enrolment. Then, a rescheduling fee is charged (provided there is availability in the future course) as mentioned below:

    • Rescheduling more than 12 days before the course commencement date: Additional rescheduling fee of USD 400 will be charged (This is the minimum rescheduling fee charged if any student reschedules).
    • Rescheduling 5 days - 12 days before the course commencement date: Additional rescheduling fee of USD 600 will be charged
    • Rescheduling within 5 days of the course commencement date: Additional rescheduling fee of USD 800 will be charged.

    Please note that the additional rescheduling charges should be paid to VMedu Inc within 7 days of receipt of course rescheduling request.

  7. Proprietary use of MyITstudy study material: We will provide you study guides and other material, which are proprietary property of MyITstudy Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent. Any such activity constitutes a violation of copyright laws. aYou also represent that you are participating in the MyITstudy program solely to prepare for the certification exam and that you have no relationship with any person or company which provides training for the same. Information about your enrollment may be provided to co-workers in your company who may ask for reference about our course.
  8. Non-Solicitation Policy : If you enroll in a MyITstudy.com course and pass the Exam, your name will be added to the success list of students using MyITstudy.com. You may also be featured in photos or videos of the MyITstudy classes showing how we teach. However, MyITstudy.com will not distribute your personal information to any third party marketing database or disclose the personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting for the information or in case of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used by us to inform you regarding other courses being provided by MyITstudy.com.

  9. The classroom training fee is inclusive of expenses towards examination, MyITstudy study material, training and refreshments during breaks for training.

  10. The classroom training fee does not include cost that the student would have to incur towards hotel stay, travelling, etc.

  11. In case of any dispute, VMEdu's decision is final.

  12. VMEdu has the discretion to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
